Withdrawal and Returns
The customer may notify their intention to withdraw from the purchase electronically within 14 days of receiving the product.
The conditions for return are:

the product must remain in unchanged condition,

it must be free from damage,

and all accessories must be included in full.
The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer.
In the case of used products, aesthetic differences resulting from intended use and consistent with the description shall not be considered defects.
